  • 4 lbs Chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2  tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 8 tbsp Butter, unsalted


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Chicken in a large bowl, set aside. in another bowl combine the cayenne, salt and pepper, garlic powder, sesame oil and melted butter.  Pour mixture over the wings then toss the chicken to coat it well. Spread the wings in a baking pan.  Bake for  30 minutes then flip them over and bake for another 30 minutes.  In a pot add Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice and vinegar.  Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, then stir in cornstarch.  Cook until mixture thickens.  Remove from heat.

When the wings are done baking.  Remove tray from oven and set aside. Then set oven to broil.  Pour the warm sauce over the wings and toss it to coat the chicken.  Then place back in the oven for 5-6 minutes. When done sprinkle wings with sesame seeds and cilantro.
