COCONUT PIE

INGREDIENTS

9 inch Pie Crust
3 Eggs, Beaten
1 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Stick of Butter, Melted
1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
A Pinch of Salt

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl mix beaten eggs, sugar, coconut flakes, butter,
white wine vinegar, vanilla and salt. Mix well then pour into pie shell. Bake for 1 hour.
Cool completely. Enjoy!!!
