SNICKERDOODLE CHEESECAKE BARS

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, Melted

CHEESECAKE FILLING

2 8oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon

SNICKERDOODLE

3/4 Cup Butter, Melted
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Large Egg
3/4 Tsp.Vanilla
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Pecans

TOPPING

1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Line A 9 x 13 Pan With Parchment Paper. Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees.
Crush Graham Crackers, Chop The Pecans, Add The Melted Butter, Mix Well.
Pour Into Pan, Press Firmly. Beat Cream Cheese, Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla And
Cinnamon. Beat Until Fluffy And Smooth. Pour Over Graham Crust. Mix Butter,
Sugar, Egg And Vanilla. In Another Bowl Mix Baking Powder, Salt, Flour And
Cinnamon. Add The Dry Ingredients Into The Wet, Mix A Little At A Time. Fold
In Chopped Pecans. Scoop Dough Onto Cheesecake Layer And Press Down Lightly, Spread
Gently Until Cheesecake Layer Is Fully Covered. In A Small Bowl, Combine Sugar And
Cinnamon. Sprinkle Over Cookie Dough Layer. Bake For 35-40 Minutes. Cool And Refrigerate.
